Our heat went out unexpectedly on one of the coldest days of the year. D&A had someone out in under 3 hours. The staff and techs are very polite and knowledgeable. They were very thorough and did a great job. Would highly recommend!
The installation of my new furnace and A/C was just completed. I also needed to have damaged return ducts in the attic replaced. A new area for easy filter replacement was cut out and placed inside my home. These guys were very professional and easy to talk to. I wouldn't hesitate to refer this company to my friends and family!
I got 5 bids to put split ductless units in my 1915 bungalow. The people from D&A Service were prompt and polite in their communication, their bid was the second lowest - but the lowest bid didn’t include the electrical work needed and did not come with the warranty and guarantees that D&A offered. The D&A staff arrived on time, they were friendly and did excellent work very efficiently, including taking down a curtain in order to work in a tight space, then replacing it, and cleaning up afterward. Highly recommend them.
Great experience with a gas water heater replacement. The office dispatch and the technicians were all prompt, reliable, and pleasant to work with. It was only a few hours from the initial service call to getting a quote, and then the replacement happened within that week. My Technician was knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to us and also troubleshoot/go above getting the drain pan to fit with existing HVAC draining lines. Would refer them to others and use them again!
Utterly impressed! I have never spoken to an office that was this pleasant/professional. My technician was great as well, but the form of a business relationship & professionalism starts with the first call-in, and I was blown away by the knowledge and friendliness. Kudos to this company and their office staff.
I was running a few minutes late for my appointment, but I called the office and explained, and the tech patiently waited for me. This was the first time they checked my systems, so went over completely. He went very thoroughly through both of my systems. When he was done gave me a report. I am very impressed with the service and will use them for all of my equipment service and highly recommend them.

Impressed!! Tech was very informative and helpful. If I’m being quite honest the icing on the cake was their excellent office staff it grabbed and kept my attention. Very full of knowledge and customer service from the very beginning, phone call was so pleasant and stands out more than any other company I’ve used in the past.
